The content, tarot readings, astrological calculations, and AI conversations provided by Kepsec AI are intended strictly FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Our services do not constitute and should not be relied upon as offering legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. We do not make any warranties concerning the accuracy, reliability, or predictive nature of the readings provided. Under no circumstances should you alter your course of action or delay seeking professional advice based on a reading from Kepsec AI.
2. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By registering an account or initiating a conversation with our bot, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Content and Community Standards
You retain ownership of content you create or submit. When you choose to publish or share content in a community or other public area of Kepsec AI ("Shared Content"), you grant Kepsec AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that Shared Content only as needed to operate, provide, secure, and moderate the service. This license includes allowing our service providers to process Shared Content on our behalf for those purposes.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to submit and share your content, and that your content does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You may not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable content.
Kepsec AI may filter, restrict, remove, or disable access to Shared Content, and may limit or suspend accounts, when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or operate the service safely. Users can report content and block other users through the controls provided with each shared post. Reports are reviewed and may result in content removal or account action. Private chats, private profile information, and content you have not chosen to publish are not Shared Content. They are processed only to provide the features you request and as described in our Privacy Policy. The Shared Content license ends when the content is deleted from the service, except for limited backup, legal, safety, or previously shared copies that we are required or reasonably need to retain.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Kepsec AI offers both free daily interactions and premium subscription plans (e.g., Kepsec Pro). By upgrading to a premium plan, you authorize our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method.
Subscriptions run continuously and automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the purchase platform or by contacting us at support@kepsec.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United States.
You and Kepsec AI agree that both parties may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Kepsec AI, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from or relating to your use of the service.
